- De-energize and LOTO where possible; otherwise thermography under load first with PPE.
- Infrared scan all terminations, record hot spots.
- Vacuum dust, check for moisture or rodent entry.
- Torque terminations to spec.
- Check breaker labels match panel schedule.
- Verify covers, knockouts, working clearance 1 m.
- Exercise breakers.
Parts: Torque wrench, IR camera. Safety: Arc flash PPE per label; qualified electrical worker only.
