Sample procedure: Quarterly RTU service

  1. Replace filters.
  2. Inspect belts and pulleys, tension or replace.
  3. Clean condenser coil.
  4. Check condensate drain and pan.
  5. Check economizer damper operation.
  6. Record supply and return temperatures.
  7. Check for refrigerant oil stains.

Parts: Filters, belts. Safety: Roof access and fall protection; LOTO for belt work.
