Sample procedure: Monthly stretch wrapper service

  1. LOTO.
  2. Clean film carriage rollers, check pre-stretch gear and belts.
  3. Inspect turntable drive chain and tension.
  4. Check film clamp and cutter blade.
  5. Lubricate mast carriage chain.
  6. Check photo-eye for load height.
  7. Test cycle with load.

Parts: Cutter blade, belts, chain lube. Safety: LOTO; blade hazard.
