CMMS Ready (cmmsready.com) publishes free maintenance checklists and sells a maintenance planner toolkit. This page explains what we collect and what we do not.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you send it to us (for example by emailing [email protected] or requesting a download). We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for it, to send the file. We do not sell or rent email addresses.
- Purchases are processed by Gumroad or Etsy. They handle payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the files and provide support.
- Basic hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies
cmmsready.com sets no tracking cookies of its own. Third-party services linked from this site (Gumroad, Etsy, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit) set their own cookies under their own policies.
Social media and connected apps
We publish our own content to our own accounts on Pinterest and other platforms. Any app we connect to those platforms only accesses our own account and content. We do not collect or store data about other users of those platforms.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
