Every CMMS Ready checklist is a CSV with the same ten columns: asset type, PM title, frequency, trade, estimated hours, downtime, procedure steps, parts, safety and pass/fail criteria. Each guide below maps those columns to one vendor's import file, with the formulas and the gotchas, and was checked against the vendor's public help pages on the date shown on the page.
